Dear customer,

Please read through the following rules and regulations.
These are made to ensure a good service and flawless flights.

Thank you for understanding.

• You should arrive at the terminal 30 minutes before check-in closure.
• You cannot book a ticket at the terminal. You have to book before the flight.
• If you're not an Air Miles Club member, please be seated at your booked seat.
• To board the aircraft, either go outside one by one OR form a queue and wait to board until the crew tells you so.
• Do not try to jack the plane or get in the co-pilot seat. When you ignore this rule, you will be jailed by an SAP member.
• Please fasten your seatbelts when the sign is on. Try to remain in your seat during the flight, except if you need to go to the toilet.
• Please, do not yell at our cabin crew. To call a cabin crew member, press the Flight Attendant button
  • Example: /me presses the Flight Attendant button
• It is strictly forbidden to leave your seats during take-offs and landings or when the seatbelt sign is illuminated.
• Please do not report our actions/plane location by using software such as "SAP Monitor", "SAP Radar", "Online SAP Radar" or others.
• If you did not book, don't try to check-in. Bookings have to be made in advance and cannot be made if the check-in already opened.
• If you did not check-in, you won't be allowed to board the plane.
• If you booked a ticket, please write down/remember your ticket code. You cannot check-in without this code.
• In case of emergency, follow the procedures given by our crew at the start of the flight.

If you cannot follow these simple rules, we will not allow you to fly with us.
